When dismissing their employees, there are procedures guiding the same. Here is an examination of the laws that guide the decisions of human resource managers. These laws are either federal, state or local.The legal requirements that govern decisions of human resource managers during employment maintain the standards by which people will be work. To hire workers, the law, demands fair procedure by the resource managers. That means none should be discriminated against employment because of their disability, o rigin, and gender. In most cases and around the world the laws demand that employments are on equality grounds (Vehovec Tomic, 2012). Cases when working conditions dictate on some aspects like the fitness or origin of an individual, it will influence to some extent the actions of a human resource manager. Companyà ¢Ã¢â ¬s, when doing the same, ensure that people are satisfied by their demands for a particular group of individuals. An example is a military employment where people who could be impaired are not fit to work (Vehovec Tomic, 2012). Most conditions that are preset for the hiring of a special group of people will be because of the hardships and dangers they may have experienced while executing the jobs. A state will monitor the conduct of human resource managers to ensure they obey the laws set to guide their decisions.Upon employment, laws still regulate on how the human resource will make decisions to the operations and the working styles of the people employed. It i s the duty of a corporation to ensure that these conditions of labor and environmental requirements are not oppressive to the workers. At this point, the federal laws have rules that will affect the decisions of human resource. The conduct of employees, the wages, and their hours of work are all defined. The human resource manager applies these parameters and the laws thereby as a guide on when putting in place the type of work that the employed does. In some cases, the conduct of the employers may be unbecoming that the human resource would need to fire such people (Vehovec Tomic, 2012). There are procedures to be followed, like obedience to the contract regarding dismissal. The laws were brought to action to protect the workers who faced unfair laws or temperamental bosses and human resource managers.
